Touch Network B.V., hereafter referred to as “Touch Incentive”, considers careful handling and security of your personal data of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and secured. In this privacy statement you can read more about how we do that.

What personal data do we process?

We process your personal data when you choose to provide it to us, for example when you subscribe to our newsletter, request a consultation, do business with us, use one of our services or apply for a job with us. We may then process the following personal data from you:

  • First and last name;
  • E-mail address;
  • Company name;
  • Phone number;
  • Products and services ordered by you;
  • Other information provided by you to us, such as your resume.

We do not process personal data about your browsing habits, location data, etc. For more information, please check our cookie statement.

Our products and services often use websites, such as eropuitvoordeel.nl, home-voordeel.nl and gezondenfit.nl. On these websites we publish a privacy statement that applies specifically to that product or service.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in order to:

  • To respond to a question or request;
  • To send you the newsletter, if you have given your consent;
  • To measure the anonymized business use of our website;
  • Processing your application
  • To comply with laws and regulations.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

We base the processing of your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • When responding to a question or request, we rely on the legitimate interest
  • When sending the newsletter, we rely on the consent you have given us
  • When measuring the anonymized business use of our website, we rely on the legitimate interest;
  • When applying for a job, we rely on the consent you provide
  • In complying with laws and regulations, we rely on these laws and regulations

How long will your personal data be stored?

We keep your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected:

  • If you send us a question or a request, we keep your personal data for 1 year because of our internal quality system. This is because we can learn from everything you tell us. After that, your personal data will be deleted.
  • If you have indicated that you wish to receive our newsletter, we will keep your personal data for as long as you have not unsubscribed via the opt-out included at the bottom of each newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your personal data for sending the newsletter will be deleted immediately.
  • For measuring the business use of our website, we process your IP address. This is passed anonymously to Google Analytics, in accordance with the guidelines of the Personal Data Authority. We also use the service of LeadInfo. This shows us the company names and addresses of visitors. We do not receive the IP address back and LeadInfo removes the IP address immediately after use.
  • If you apply for a job with us, we will process your personal data for as long as the application process is ongoing. There your personal data will be deleted, unless you give us permission to keep your personal data for another year, because a new vacancy may become available soon. If you do not want this, we will delete your personal data.
  • If we retain your data to comply with laws and regulations, we will retain your personal data for as long as required by those laws and regulations.

Do we share your personal data with third parties?

We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing described above. We conclude an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure at least the same level of security and confidentiality of your data as we use ourselves.

How can you access, modify, delete or receive your personal data in digital format?

You have the right to view, modify, delete and receive your personal data from us in digital format. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data. You can send a request to this effect to privacy@touchincentive.com. To ensure that the request is made by you, we may ask you for further identification. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Once your request has been processed, the data you provided for identification will be deleted.

How do we handle personal data of persons under the age of 16?

We do not intend to collect personal data about children under the age of 16. However, we cannot verify whether e.g. someone who subscribes to our newsletter is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 16 without such consent, please contact us at privacy@touchincentive.com. We will delete this personal data immediately.

Do we engage in automated decision making?

We do not make decisions based on automated processing about things that can (significantly) affect individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without an employee of Touch Incentive being involved.

How do we secure your personal data?

We take the protection of your data seriously and ensure appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact privacy@touchincentive.com.

What about third-party websites?

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our website through links or that have redirected you to our website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable and secure manner. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.

How can you file a complaint about us?

If you have a question about how we handle your personal data, you can ask it at privacy@touchincentive.com. But you also have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data.

How do we handle changes to this privacy statement?

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. It is recommended that you consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
