How can KPN offer its employees a reward in a short period of time for the achieved objectives?
The Touch Approach
At short notice, we took care of the composition and sourcing of a customised gift assortment. This was done entirely from the existing Touch assortment. A gift could be chosen via a playful ‘menu’. Touch took care of the complete handling of the orders and deliveries, including aftercare.

  • Offering an effective reward method.
Results
  • Touch delivered a selection from the Touch assortment for the KPN employees at short notice against attractive B2B conditions.
  • Because of the high perceived value, there were a lot of positive reactions.
