5 questions for Esther Zwart

Esther has been working at Touch as Client Services since 2022.

 

“I really enjoy seeing the promotions we’re working on in the stores.”

1. How do you start your working day?
As soon as I get to the office, I immediately start up my laptop and check what has arrived in the mailboxes. After this I make a to-do list, so that I can immediately tackle things with priority.
2. What are your activities on a day?
I mainly maintain the ticket customer service. In addition, I process the orders placed on our platforms on a weekly basis, I build product pages and I perform other ticket-related activities.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I’ve only been with Touch for a short time, so there isn’t a specific promotion or project I’m proud of yet. But I really enjoy seeing the promotions we are working on in, for example, the Albert Heijn or Etos.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
What I like about my job is the variety in my work. As a result, every day is different.
