1. How do you start your working day?
I always try to be at the office a little earlier so that I can start up quietly. When I’m at the office, I first check the agenda for that day. Then I start checking the orders: what has been ordered and how much? I then make an overview to present internally or to the customer. From there I prepare the meetings for that day or for the coming days. If there are questions from the customer, I will answer them immediately.
2. What are your activities on a day?
My work can be very diverse. As a Product Manager, for example, I call customers, but I am also involved in starting up and developing platforms in consultation with the IT department. In addition, I consult with the Content Manager about content and our communication on the platforms and I check any issues with customer service. When there is a new project, I am informed by the Sales Director. With the team we work on building different projects and manage the existing projects.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
There are many cool projects that we as a team can be very proud of. If I had to choose one now, it would be Essent’s Home Advantage environment.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
Switching daily with many beautiful names such as new or existing customers makes the work very special. In addition, I have a very diverse role with a lot of responsibility. When we deliver a nice project together, it gives a good feeling!
